Tutorgent — Consent Notice What this is for: setting up your child's learning profile Version 1.0 · English Tutorgent is a personal AI tutor, run by Mr. Rahul, Sole Proprietor of Tutorgent. It is not a school and it does not replace one. You are giving this consent as your child's parent or guardian. Your child is not giving it. 1. What we collect - your child's class, school board, the subjects they will study, and the language they will be taught in - your confirmation, as guardian, that these are correct 2. Why we collect it To create your child's learning profile, so the teaching matches the right class, board, subject and language. We use it for nothing else. 3. How long we keep it We keep this profile until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, and no longer than the end of this pilot. 4. Who we share it with No one. We do not sell it, and we do not give it to advertisers. 5. How to take your consent back You can withdraw this consent at any time, by telling the Sole Proprietor in person or by writing to the contact in section 6. Taking your consent back is as easy as giving it. When you withdraw, we stop using the profile and delete it as described in section 3. Withdrawing this consent does not affect any other consent you have given. Each one is separate. 6.
